The performance is severely lacking; it runs at 100% capacity with just Chrome open, making basic tasks frustrating. The laptop also gets very hot during use, raising concerns about its durability.
When I considered returning it, the seller warned me that returning the goods will take a long time and be troublesome, which made me hesitant to proceed. This experience felt misleading and frustrating.
Overall, I cannot recommend this seller. The product description was deceptive, and the performance is unacceptable. I urge potential buyers to look elsewhere for a reliable laptop and better service.
